How should I take care of my jewelry?

To maintain the polish, durability and quality of your adornments, please avoid wearing them while swimming or bathing, and store them in a clean and dry place.

Clean your jewelry with very mild soapy water and soft brush. Polish the metal with a soft polishing cloth. Please avoid using toothpaste or harsh jewelry cleaning chemicals, they can ruin your gemstone and weaken your metal over time.

Repairs, Replacements, Resizes & More…

I take on repairs and ring resizes on a case-by-case basis. I am available for minor jewelry repairs, stone replacements, some ring resizes (depending on metal type and gemstone), as well as jewelry polishing and clean-up. Please reach out for more information.

If the custom-piece you purchased from me needs a repair, resize or a stone replaced you can ship it to me and I will do my best to accommodate any issues.

Shipping & Purchasing Information

All orders are shipped First Class with USPS (tracking number included) within 5 business days of purchase. Priority or next-day shipping is also available on ready-to-ship jewelry.
Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis, and buyer will be responsible for return shipping payment.
